Position Title: Business Data Intelligence Reports To: Functional Head Job Location: Jaipur / Hong Kong Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Best in Industry Looking from Real Estate firm only Job Summary: The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting large datasets to support business decision-making. This role requires the ability to generate actionable insights, build data reports, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance. The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with other departments to understand their data needs and deliver data-driven solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection & Management: Collect and aggregate data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, people and external platforms. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by organizing, and validating datasets. Develop and maintain databases or data information systems as necessary. Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis using statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Utilize data visualization tools to present data in a clear and understandable way for non-technical stakeholders. Analyse large and complex datasets to solve business problems and inform decisions. Reporting & Visualization: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Present findings to key stakeholders, making recommendations based on data insights. Provide ad-hoc reports and data queries as needed by different teams within the organization. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with business units (Sales, finance, operations, etc.) to collect data on timely basis. Work closely with the existing MIS team to understand, analyse and interpret the data. Help design and implement new analytical tools and processes that improve data-driven decision-making across the company. Predictive Analytics & Forecasting: Use statistical models and machine learning techniques to forecast trends and predict future outcomes. Assist in developing predictive models to support strategic planning and operational decisions. Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and best practices in data security. Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure data is used ethically and in accordance with company policies. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement through data-driven insights. Recommend data collection methods and tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of business processes. Data Quality Assurance: Regularly review and assess the quality of data. Implement processes for ongoing data validation and verification to minimize errors. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 3 - 6+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field. Skills: Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modelling. Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business insights. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Add On: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or Oracle BI. Knowledge of databases and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL ).

Essential Functions: Answer all service calls in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service. Additional Responsibilities: Manage user incidents routed from the Service Desk, or escalate where appropriate, ensuring the provision of a consistently high quality service and timely resolution of issues Perform first and second level support for the following: PC configuration (desktops and laptops), VPN connections, PC software (site-specific and enterprise), peripherals, LAN connectivity, and additional devices/software/hardware as needed (i.e. printers, copiers, mobile devices, A/V equipment), plus efficient and effective support service to on site and remote users Setup new users and support resources of terminated users Perform first level and second level support Basic Active Directory administration (i.e. account changes and permissions) Ensure adherence to all relevant internal, external and site-specific policies, processes and Standard Operating Procedures relating to data security, the network and its applications, and account access/management Order and track supplies, carry out asset management & dispersal, and fulfill all documentation requirements for supported sites Work with various vendors as needed to support site specific services, hardware, and software Asset management of all IT equipment on site Basic support of site-specific ERP, CRM, or database systems. Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s & customer’s policies and practices Understands and is aware of the quality consequences which may occur from the improper performance of their specific job. Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or similar, plus 2 – 5 years’ experience in providing end-user technical support Experience in supporting desktop applications in LAN environment Experience with Windows XP, 7, and 10 Solid Working Knowledge of MS Office products, Outlook, Word, Excel Use of conference applications (Skype, Zoom, Blue Jeans, Outlook) Able to image/set up PC devices Able to install, configure and test routers and switches. Ability to install Audio Visual equipment Knowledge of anti-virus / anti-malware programs Experience Building/imaging computers, Wiring / Cabling and Network technologies Read and understand Network Topology Diagram to assist in: Rack/Stack of network devices Interconnection Fiber and Copper patching of devices Troubleshooting network issues Proper label of devices and interconnection cables Working knowledge of the following technologies: Active Directory user functions (ADS & Exchange) Experience troubleshooting network issues. Understanding of backbone and horizontal cabling design Understanding of industry infrastructure standards Troubleshoot network copper of fiber cabling Ability to terminate copper or fiber cabling Maintain proper labeling of devices and interconnection cables Ability to use a laptop to provide access to remote engineers to load set configurations on equipment Creative and solutions driven, within the realms of the role, to produce solutions in support of customer service level agreements Ensures all solutions adhere to applicable change control requirements Able to work Mon-Fri 8-5pm; required OT afterhours; 2% of the time a weekend call. You will be reporting to QA-RMA Manager. What you’ll be doing: 1. Manage customer complaints related to RMA and responses in a timely manner and ensure effective communication of information between customer and internal engineering teams for issue solving. 2. Support project implementation, such as additional process implementation, RMA system enhancement with IT, and ensure effective communication between customer and internal teams and regular review project progress. 3. Conduct RMA QA Analysis daily with collecting/reviewing customer data to achieve the RMA Approval TAT. 4. Drive RMA related improvement projects to enhance RMA process and customer experience. 5.
